Who can sign up as a vendor?
Self-employed professionals and service companies: plumbing, electrical, cleaning, maintenance and other trades that work for communities and homes.
Where do the jobs come from?
From the marketplace, where residents and owners book you or ask for quotes, and from property managers who use FixrOS for their communities. Everything lands in the same portal and app.
When do I get paid?
Marketplace jobs are paid out once completed, by transfer to your account. In the portal you see payments received and your invoices.
Do I need both the portal and the app?
It's the same account. The portal is handy for quotes, invoices and payouts; the app is for on-site work, with photos and without signal.
Do I need the badge to appear?
No. With an active account and at least one published service you already appear on the marketplace. The FixrOS Vetted badge, granted after reviewing your documents, puts you ahead in search results.
