siniestros.fixros.com is an external portal independent from the dashboard, designed to coordinate claims between the three parties: insurer, broker and loss adjuster. Access via magic links — no passwords, no friction.

Three independent JWT silos

Insurer, broker and loss adjuster operate with separate tokens and see only their own claims. No party has visibility into another's data.

Claim state machine

Each claim follows a defined flow: opening, adjuster assignment, survey, report and closure. Each party receives notifications only for the states relevant to them.

Survey with GPS & biometric signature

The loss adjuster captures geo-tagged photos, dictates voice notes and signs the report biometrically from the app. Sync is automatic when signal is restored.

Loss adjuster network management
