Héctor M. Morell
Co-founder & COO
Entrepreneur, investor and executive with more than 25 years founding, running and selling technology companies — some of them listed or with over 100 employees. Specialised in PropTech, SaaS and digital transformation, he has raised millions of euros in public and private funding and, as CEO, managed relationships with hundreds of investors. He has led manufacturing, logistics and distribution operations across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Featured in the Forbes Top 100 creative entrepreneurs in Spain, he holds more than 35 national and international awards.
Laura Lozano
Co-founder & CEO
Technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience creating, launching and scaling digital products and businesses. She has led companies operating in more than 45 countries, managing strategy, business development and international expansion. An independent board member at listed companies, specialised in aligning technology, market and customer, she stands out for turning opportunities into real growth and closing strategic deals. Recognised with more than 20 national and international awards, she is featured in the Forbes Top50 Spaniards list.
Rodrigo del Prado
Investor & CSO
Co-founder and former CEO of BQ (Mundo Reader), Spain's largest smartphone and 3D-printer company, which he grew to 1,000 employees and more than €250M in annual revenue. A pioneer of consumer hardware in Spain and 3D printing in Europe, he led the launch of the Witbox line and BQ's international expansion. An operator with proven experience in industrial scaling, global supply chains and institutional relations.
