Vote delegation in meetings

If the resident cannot attend the meeting, they can delegate their vote to another owner directly from the app before the meeting begins.

Offline incident reporting

Incidents created without an internet connection are saved locally on the device and sync automatically as soon as the network is restored. Basements and car parks are no longer an issue.

Invite family members and tenants

The primary resident can invite family members or tenants to their home using a redemption code that generates an installation deep link. Each invitee has their own permission level: primary, co-owner, resident or guest.
