What is a digital property window?
It is a screen in the agency's window that shows properties from its portfolio, instead of printed sheets stuck to the glass. Its advantage is that it can be updated without going outside and can be seen at night. Its risk is the same as a paper window's: if it is not kept up, it shows properties that are no longer available, and passers-by lose trust.
That is why the FixrOS window reads from the portfolio: the price on screen is the price on the listing. When a property goes under offer or is let, you remove it from the selection in one click.
